The team uses high-quality materials to pack each component: reinforced cardboard, bubble wrap, protective covers and wooden crates for fragile or high-value items.
Labels are affixed to each package to indicate the contents and facilitate unpacking and installation in the exhibition center. Particular attention is paid to the packaging of electronic components, prototypes, works of art and decorative objects requiring extra protection.
Heavy and bulky items are handled using specialized equipment such as transport carts, hand trucks and lifting straps.
A final check is carried out to ensure that everything is properly packed and secured for transport.

On arrival at the exhibition center, the professionals use specialized equipment to carefully unload the goods.
Every item is checked against the initial inventory to ensure that nothing is missing and everything is in good condition. Before set-up, the team reviews the stand plans with the exhibitor to understand the desired layout.
Displays, showcases, furniture, electronic equipment and the rest of the stand are installed according to plan. Group ESI carries out a final check with the exhibitor.
After the event, Group ESI coordinates with the organizers for dismantling. A specialized team goes on site to dismantle electronic equipment, support structures and fragile objects.
Everything is carefully disassembled and packed in reinforced cardboard boxes, bubble wrap and wooden crates, each item labeled for easy reassembly. The goods are then loaded onto trucks for return transport to the customer’s warehouses.
If required, customs formalities are completed. On arrival, goods are unloaded and re-installed according to the customer’s requirements, with a final check to ensure that everything is in good condition. Any anomalies are immediately reported and dealt with.
