How long should we allow?
It depends on the volume and the number of workstations. After the technical survey we give you a precise reverse schedule: a 50-desk open space usually moves over a weekend, a production line needs several weeks of preparation.
Can we move without stopping work?
Yes. We schedule the rotations at night, over a weekend or in successive phases, in line with your time constraints and your site rules, so that your teams find working desks when they return.
Who handles the IT?
Our teams disconnect, pack, transport and reconnect the workstations. For servers and data centres we work alongside your IT department or your IT provider.
What happens to the furniture and archives we no longer need?
We handle storage in secure furniture or archive facilities, confidential destruction of documents, recycling of the furniture and cleaning of the vacated premises.
Do we have a single point of contact?
Every relocation is led by a dedicated project manager, your only contact from the first audit through to handover of the new site.
Do you work internationally?
Yes, in France and abroad. We handle the transport, the customs formalities and the coordination with our local agents for moves outside the European Union.
