Request support

Villas, apartments, yachts, private jets, hotels, headquarters: ESI Fine Art handles the entire logistics chain of your exceptional projects.

The logistics partner of architects, decorators and designers

We support interior architects, decorators and designers on their fit-out and renovation projects for exceptional properties: villas, high-end apartments, yachts, private jets, hotels, resorts and headquarters.

Bringing rare pieces from suppliers, galleries or the client’s other properties to the same place at the same time demands the same rigour as transporting works of art. That is our trade.

We operate in France, across Europe and worldwide.

The logistics of the art world applied to interior architecture

Luxury furniture, works from your clients’ private collections, lighting and decorative pieces: we apply the standards of fine art transport — white-glove handling, air-ride vehicles, climate-controlled warehouses and bespoke packing.

A solution built with you

Our specialists assess each piece — volume, weight, value, fragility, access conditions, lead time — and propose the right handling and transport solution, through to installation on site.

Precious woods, crystal, marble, bespoke pieces: every material calls for its own precautions, and our methods adapt to them.

Frequently asked questions about logistics for architectural projects

How do you protect glass, marble or precious wood pieces?

We use specialised packing and bespoke wooden crates for each item, with soft protections and cushioning designed for the material. Handling is carried out with white gloves at both departure and destination.

Can you store the pieces before installation?

Yes. Our climate-controlled warehouses hold furniture and decorative goods for as long as needed, with a detailed inventory, so that everything arrives on site on the day the works allow it.

How do you coordinate deliveries from several suppliers?

We consolidate all incoming deliveries into a single project stock, then plan one grouped departure according to the site schedule and the handling constraints of each piece.

How do you handle customs on an overseas project?

We prepare the import and export declarations, handle temporary admission where relevant and coordinate with our local agents, under Authorised Economic Operator status.

Do you have a complex project?
