ESI Expo is the official provider for many trade shows, fairs, congresses and exhibitions throughout the year, in France and around the world. Exhibition centres, congress venues, hotels, head offices or private buildings: we work on every kind of site.

From collecting the equipment to dismantling the last stand
We take charge of the inventory and the bespoke packing of the equipment, its transport and the customs formalities, then the unloading, the assembly and the operational coordination on site.
At the end of the event we handle the dismantling, the repacking, the return transport and, where needed, the storage of the equipment between two editions.
ATA carnets, Authorised Economic Operator status, a network of specialist agents and real-time tracking: foreign exhibitors and organisers alike have a single point of contact from the first day to the last.

Your questions about trade show logistics
When should we contact you before a show?
Ideally as soon as your participation is confirmed, and at least six to eight weeks before opening. That lead time allows us to book delivery slots with the organiser, build the bespoke crates and, for foreign exhibitors, anticipate the customs formalities.
Do you work for organisers or for exhibitors?
Both. We are the official provider for many trade shows, in which case we manage the whole site and the arrival of every exhibitor, and we also support individual exhibitors at events where we have no such mandate.
How does importing equipment from abroad work?
Equipment shown temporarily usually travels under an ATA carnet, which avoids paying duties and taxes. We draw up the documents, handle customs clearance on arrival and manage the re-export after the event. Our Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) status speeds up the procedures.
Can you store our stand between two editions?
Yes. We repack the stand and its components after dismantling and store them in our secure warehouses until the next edition, with an inventory and refurbishment where needed.
Do you work on unconventional venues?
Yes: hotels, head offices, private buildings, historic monuments. We survey the access, the floor loading constraints and the permitted working hours beforehand, then adapt the handling equipment accordingly.
