PREMIUM, TAILOR-MADE LOGISTICS FOR ART DEALERS, GALLERIES, ANTIQUARIES, DESIGNERS, AND PRIVATE COLLECTORS.
Packing, transport and white-glove delivery of contemporary and classical works, for art dealers, gallery owners, antique dealers and private collectors. Expertise delivered by ESI Fine Art, the Group ESI brand dedicated to works of art.
An expertise recognised by the art and antiques market
Rare works, fragile pieces, tight deadlines: we ship your goods in optimal conditions of security and confidentiality — bespoke packing, climate-controlled warehouses, air-ride vehicles and door-to-door delivery.
It all starts with a survey of each piece: nature, weight, dimensions, handling requirements, destination and export formalities. We then define the most suitable solution with you.
Dealers, gallery owners, antique dealers and collectors
Each profession has its own constraints, but all require the same thing: works handled with expertise, flawless customs compliance and real-time tracking. Our job is to anticipate those requirements, not merely to meet them.
Temporary exhibition, private view, contemporary art fair, auction-room or antique-dealer purchase: we adapt the packing, the vehicle and the schedule to the event, and advise you on insurance and documentation.
The transport of works of art and handling are our two founding trades.

Frequently asked questions about art transport
Where does transporting a work begin?
The first step is to assess the condition of the piece, its dimensions and its specific requirements. From that survey we define the packing, the vehicle and the crew needed — whether you are a dealer, a gallery or an antique dealer.
What customs formalities should I expect?
Certificates of authenticity, insurance documents and customs declarations must be prepared in advance. The works pass through customs, where the paperwork is checked before the shipment is released.
Who handles rigging and installation on site?
On arrival the works are carefully unpacked and inspected for any transit damage, then installed to the instructions of the dealer, gallery owner, collector or antique dealer.
What insurance is required?
Works of art should be covered by a specific nail-to-nail policy protecting against damage, loss and theft.
What documents prove authenticity and value?
A certificate of authenticity establishing the origin and attribution of the work, together with a recent valuation, are the two documents required for both customs and insurance.
How do you secure and track the goods entrusted to you?
Every shipment is sealed, tracked in real time and handled only by our own trained staff, from collection through to final delivery.
