A specialized team visits your premises at the agreed date and time. They identify and list all the elements of your exhibition stand, including displays, advertising media and promotional material.
Each piece is carefully inventoried for precise tracking and to define the special attention required according to its nature.
The team uses high-quality materials to pack each component: reinforced cardboard, bubble wrap, protective covers and wooden crates for fragile or high-value items.
Labels are affixed to each package to indicate the contents and facilitate unpacking and installation in the exhibition center. Particular attention is paid to packing electronic items, prototypes, works of art and decorative objects requiring extra protection.
Heavy and bulky items are handled using specialized equipment such as transport carts, hand trucks and lifting straps.
A final check is carried out to ensure that everything is properly packed and secured for transport.

The mode of transport (road, air or sea) is chosen according to the event and schedule. Group ESI handles all customs formalities for international shipments.

Upon arrival at the exhibition center, professionals use specialized equipment to carefully unload goods.
Every item is checked against the initial inventory to ensure that nothing is missing and everything is in good condition. Before setting up, the team reviews the stand plans with the exhibitor to understand the desired layout.

After the event, Group ESI coordinates with the organizers for dismantling. A specialized team goes on site to dismantle electronic equipment, support structures and fragile objects.
Everything is carefully dismantled and packed in reinforced cardboard boxes, bubble wrap and wooden crates, each item labeled for easy reassembly. The goods are then loaded onto trucks for return transport to the customer’s warehouses.
If necessary, customs formalities are completed. On arrival, goods are unloaded and reinstalled according to the customer’s requirements, with a final check to ensure that everything is in good condition. Any anomalies are immediately reported and dealt with.
Group ESI is customs-approved and AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) certified. This certification guarantees compliance with international customs and security standards, ensuring rapid and secure processing of customs formalities for international shipments.
