Frequently asked questions about our services
Do you operate across France and internationally?
Yes. We operate from our sites in the Paris region and in Nice, and we cover the whole of France. Internationally, we rely on our subsidiaries and on a network of selected agents authorised to handle local formalities.
Can you take on a project from end to end?
That is our usual way of working. A single project manager coordinates every stage: condition report, packing, handling, transport, customs formalities, storage and installation on site.
What kinds of goods do you transport?
Works of art, unique pieces, high-end furniture, trade fair equipment, technical equipment and sensitive archives. What they have in common: goods that require bespoke packing and full traceability.
Are you certified for international work?
Group ESI is an Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) and an IATA certified agent. We are also ISO 45001 and ISO 20121 certified, and EcoVadis rated.
How do I get a quote?
Describe your project using the form at the bottom of this page or contact us directly. For complex operations we carry out a preliminary site visit in order to draw up a work plan and a precise costing.
Are the goods insured in transit?
